You are expected to attend all practices. If you are sick or injured, if you are healthy enough to go to class, you are healthy enough to go to practice. If you are unable to fully participate in a practice, you need to say so here.

- If you are going to miss any part of a practice, and you post a reason that doesn't suck at least 48 hours in advance, nobody does burpees.
- If you post a reason less than 48 hours in advance, and a coach sees it before practice, the other players in your pod will each do 50 burpees at the next practice before you can participate. Note that coaches probably won't be checking the blog 30 seconds before practice starts.
- If you miss a practice without posting a reason here, or a coach doesn't see your post, the other players in your pod will each do 100 burpees.
- If you are late to practice, the other players in your pod will each do 50 burpees.

I, Jonas Cole, will be leaving practice early on Friday night 9/28 for an event that I have been planning for weeks.
I, Evan Arkin, will be missing practice on Friday night and Saturday morning to visit family friends for Shabbat/post-Yom Kippur as planned a couple weeks ago.
Sam Berkelhammer will be missing practice on Friday (the 28th) because I will be attending a musical concert event in Seattle at the same time.
David Adler and Danny Kassenbrock will be missing practice on Friday (the 5th of October) because we will be attending a musical concert at the same time.
