Burpees!
- If you are going to miss any part of a practice, and you post a reason that doesn't suck at least 48 hours in advance, you don't have to do burpees.
- If you post a reason less than 48 hours in advance, and a coach sees it before practice, you will need to do 50 burpees at the next practice before you can participate. Note that coaches probably won't be checking the blog 30 seconds before practice starts.
- If you miss a practice without posting a reason here, or a coach doesn't see your post, you will need to do 100 burpees at the next practice before you can participate.
- If you are late to practice, you will need to warmup then do 50 burpees before you can participate.
- 10 burpees get added each additional time. So the second time you are late it will be 60 burpees, then 70 the next time, etc.
- All burpees will be done like we did them at the tryout practice. Do 10 burpees, run 70 yards, repeat.
