You are expected to attend all practices. If you are sick or injured, if you are healthy enough to go to class, you are healthy enough to go to practice. If you are unable to fully participate in a practice, you need to say so here.

Burpees!
- If you are going to miss any part of a practice, and you post a reason that doesn't suck at least 48 hours in advance, you don't have to do burpees.
- If you post a reason less than 48 hours in advance, and a coach sees it before practice, you will need to do 50 burpees at the next practice before you can participate. Note that coaches probably won't be checking the blog 30 seconds before practice starts.
- If you miss a practice without posting a reason here, or a coach doesn't see your post, you will need to do 100 burpees at the next practice before you can participate.
- If you are late to practice, you will need to warmup then do 50 burpees before you can participate.

I will miss practice on Friday night due to a Sigma Chi event. I will be at practice on Saturday morning, but may need to leave early. I will likely not be at the Prez Day practice game on saturday as well.
I will miss practice on Friday night due to an SAE event. I will also miss practice on saturday morning, but I will be able to go to the Prez Day scrimmage on Saturday.
Correction, I won't end up being at any of the practices this weekend unfortunately.

So I posted this in the wrong place like 4 days ago...sorry. "So it is my Father's Birthday this weekend and I have had tickets down to Portland for sometime now, so unfortunately I will be missing both practices this weekend. I will be sure to get the classroom notes, and if there is any more conditioning/working out you want me to do I will do it on the train!"
Andrew Mark will miss Saturday morning practice this week (February 4) because I will be doing Physical Therapy for my leg. This is a one time scheduling conflict that should not happen again.
I will miss Friday practice due to a Fraternity event. This is a one time thing and it won't continue to interfere. The beginning has just been busy. I will do my best to make it to some of the meeting or the end of practice.
Andrew Mark will miss this Friday's practice (March 9) due to travel plans. I WILL be back for next Friday's practice and PLU BBQ. Unfortunately some setbacks in PT have made it unable for me to play until Sectionals.
I will be missing the events on Saturday (March 10) since my flight is that morning, I will be back for next fridays practice and the PLU BBQ!
Also I have an infection in my chest as well as the flu so I might me sidelined for Friday night.
I am going to Cuba for spring break and will miss this upcoming practice, as well as every ultimate engagement until the evening of the 18th.

I will be missing practice Friday April 13 and Saturday April 14, due to a geology field trip. I'm missing another field trip with the same professor so that I can make champies, so I can't miss this one, or he'll fail me most likely. I'd much rather be at those practices, but I can't really miss two field trips in a row. I'll be at that next Monday practice no problem.

This is a precautionary "might miss practice". I plan on testing my shoulder while playing on Friday at practice. If it's all good, i'll play Friday and Saturday. If I am still out, I will not be traveling to Seattle on Saturday because of ASUPS Budget deliberations. I am pretty sure I'm OK to miss budget on saturday if I'm healthy, but I can't if I'm not healthy.
